Pumps

Bitek supplies a range of pumps depending on the dosing application and the product being applied. We supply multistage vertical centrifugal pumps, horizontal centrifugal pump, adjustable chemical diaphragm pumps, adjustable peristaltic pumps and adjustable water driven pumps.

PV-PRO

A sprayable barrier film providing protection against environmental contamination by forming a protective film on the skin, which remains for up to 12 hours or until it is required to be removed. PV-Pro has been formulated using highly effective PVP iodine technology, as is used in hospitals. It is ready-to-use saving time and gives a consistent product. It gives excellent skin protection due to its high emollient content and long lasting barrier protection.

Q’DET

Superior manual cleaning and dish washing detergent for use in the food processing industry. Q’Det is suitable for general cleaning of utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, floors, walls and ceilings and is effective in both hard and soft water. It will easily remove heavy soil and grease.

SALBAN

Salmonella inhibitor specially designed for control of gram negative pathogens in high risk raw materials, feed and throughout the digestive tract of the animal. Salban is a synergistic blend of free and buffered organic acids and surfactants. The active ingredients penetrate the entire feed to eliminate Salmonella within 48 hours and the controlled release formulation continues working in feed to prevent re-contamination during storage and transport.

SALBAN D

Dry dusting powder for control of Salmonella and gram negative pathogens in feed mills. The active ingredients immediately disinfect surfaces and provides residual protection against recontamination. Salban D forms part of a comprehensive Feed Safety Program designed to control the risk of Salmonella contamination in feed mills and feed. Should be applied through an electric or petrol duster.

SALBANOX

Liquid Salmonella inhibitor and antioxidant for control of gram negative pathogens and for protection against autoxidation in poultry by-product meals. Salbanox is a specially designed blend of organic acids, emulsifiers, surfactants, antioxidants and chelating agents suitable for easy spray application in a continuous rendering processing plant. The homogeneous product ensures distribution of all actives including the antioxidants throughout the meal and reduces the application to only one pump.

SALBANOX LTC

Combination liquid Salmonella inhibitor and antioxidant for the control of gram negative pathogens and for the protection against autoxidation in high risk raw materials such as Full Fat Soya. Salbanox LTC is a specially designed blend of organic acids, surfactants, chelating agents and antioxidant suited for vegetable fats. The homogenous product ensures distribution of all actives throughout the raw material and reduces the application to only one pump.

SALBANOX PET

Liquid Salmonella inhibitor and antioxidant for control of Gram negative pathogens and for protection against autoxidation in animal by-product meals being used in the pet food industry. Salbanox Pet is a blend of organic acids, emulsifiers, surfactants, antioxidants and chelating agents suitable for easy spray application. The homogeneous product ensures distribution of all actives throughout the meal and reduces the application to only one pump. Does not contain ethoxyquin.

SANSHEILD

A clear, colourless, non-foaming hypochlorite based product for final rinse of dairy milking lines, CIP process applications and water treatment for food process use. Sanshield is fast acting and economical in use.

SHIFT

A powerful, heavy duty, bactericidal detergent cleaner, which can be used through all types of high or low pressure washers, using either hot or cold water. Shift rapidly penetrates and removes organic soiling and is suitable for cleaning livestock housing, vehicles and equipment. It is ideal for use under any water hardness conditions, mixes readily with water and is free-rinsing.

Shock Liquid

A concentrated bacteria laden liquid for shock treatment of organic waste in farm lagoons and dams, food processing grease traps, drains and water treatment plants. The safe, application specific bacteria are present in high numbers to handle difficult organic problems. Once the organic waste is under control, bioblocks should be used to maintain the continuous treatment and degradation of waste. The shock liquid will reduce odour, sludge, fats, oils and grease build up.

SILO 70

Specially formulated liquid silage preservative specifically for lightly wilted silage. Silo 70 is a synergistic blend of organic acids that acidifies the silage which helps promote lactic acid fermentation and restricts butyric acid fermentation. It contains a mould inhibitor which prevents aerobic losses due to moulds during the silage process and during feed out.

TARGET

A heavy duty alkaline foam cleaning detergent which can be used in high pressure water or compressed air foaming systems. Target forms a stable, effective foam for rapid removal of organic soiling, heavy fat and grease deposits and is ideal for use in meat, poultry and other food processing industries. It is suitable for both hard and soft water and does not contain caustic soda so is suitable for use on all soft metals (including aluminium).

TARGET ACID FOAM

A powerful, heavy-duty acidic detergent formulated for removal of scale, hardened protein and food soil. It is suitable for use in high pressure washers or through compressed air foaming systems. Target Acid Foam is suitable for cleaning of floors, walls and ceilings and all types of metal equipment in poultry and meat abattoirs and livestock housing. It produces a thick stable acidic foam, which ensures maximum contact time on the surface to be cleaned and is suitable for use in hard and soft water.

TARGET EXTRA

A powerful, heavy duty alkaline foam cleaning detergent for use in high pressure water or compressed air foaming systems. Target Extra contains both caustic soda and hypochlorite for the removal of heavy fat, grease deposits, dirt and stains. It forms a stable effective foam and is ideal for use in meat, poultry and other food processing industries. Target Extra can be used with both hot and cold water.

TARGET POWERFOAM

A powerful, caustic based heavy-duty detergent designed for de-carbonising smoke ovens, cooking surfaces and particularly difficult areas to clean. Target Powerfoam can be used in high pressure washers or through compressed air foaming systems. It is recommended for use in poultry and meat abattoirs forming a thick, stable foam.

TARGET POWERGEL

A heavy duty, highly alkaline detergent formulated for use as a foam/gel cleaner in piggeries. Target Powergel produces a thick, sticky foam with increased contact time which gives excellent organic soil penetration and can be used with all types of pressure washers – with a suitable foam lance. Powergel produces excellent results where heavy levels of organic matter & soiling has built up on the building and floor surfaces and is suitable for cleaning floors, slats, walkways, walls, ceilings in piggeries.

TBHQ (Food Grade)

tert-Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) is a white crystalline powder antioxidant food additive, E number 319. It is an excellent antioxidant for vegetable oils and can also be used in animal fats. It is also suitable for protecting crude vegetable oils during storage.

TOXIBIND

Powerful and irreversible binder of mycotoxins with mould inhibition to prevent further mycotoxin formation. Toxibind contains activated aluminosilicate selected for its high surface area, binding ability and sorptive capacity and organic acids which will aid in preventing any further mould growth and mycotoxin formation during finished feed storage.

Toxibind Plus

Broad spectrum and irreversible mycotoxin binder which provides protection from a wide variety of mycotoxins encountered in animal feed. Toxibind Plus is particularly effective in adsorbing DON and Fumonisin amongst other mycotoxins. Phytogenics have also been added to the product to provide relief from the ill effects of mycotoxins by bolstering the immune and liver systems

TRIGON

High active unperfumed hand wash formulation with a thorough cleansing action and excellent grease and soil removal. Trigon is mild and gentle to skin; added moisturiser provides skin protection. Produces a rich and creamy lather. It is suitable for frequent hand washing to help prevent cross contamination.

V18

A specially formulated Iodophor based disinfectant stabilised for use with livestock and domestic pets. V18 quickly kills bacteria, viruses and fungi and is active in the presence of organic matter. It is ideally suited for use in vets practices and aviaries, and with other animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and mice.

VANODOX

A stabilised foaming blend of peracetic acid in equilibrium with hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid which is highly effective against bacteria, viruses and fungi. It has an economical 1:200 general dilution rate and is ideal for use in intensive housing and food processing plants. Vanodox is non-staining, non-tainting and biodegradable. It is also very effective against Aspergillus so can be used for fogging new bedding and hatcheries. Registered with Act 36 and DEFRA approved.

VANOQUAT

A powerful quaternary based detergent and disinfectant for the food process industry. Vanoquat is highly effective on all types of food borne micro-organisms and can be used manually or through pressure washing equipment and compressed air foaming systems. It is safe on soft metals and surfaces and can be used in all water conditions.

VANOSAN

A highly efficient liquid detergent for circulation cleaning of dairy pipelines. Sodium Hydroxide and Chlorine based formulation enables a fast cleaning action and removes milk residues efficiently in all types of direct expansion, insulated bulk milk holding tanks and milking parlours. Vanosan mixes easily and is suitable for use in hard or soft water. It de-fats and protects rubbers and helps prevent milkstone build up. It contains extra sequestrants so is highly effective in hard water areas.

VIGOR L

Powerful liquid gut acidifier specially blended for the promotion of a healthy gut microflora and control of gram negative pathogens within the gastro intestinal tract. Vigor L is added to the drinking water to help control water quality and the pH of the drinking water, it will also descale and remove biofilm during the cycle ensuring the drinker system is free from pathogenic bacteria and the blend of acids will acidify the gut thus improving general health and performance of the bird.

VIGOR P

Powerful gut acidifier specially blended for the promotion of a healthy gut microflora and control of gram negative pathogens within the gastro-intestinal tract. Vigor P is a carefully selected blend of buffered organic acids and phytogenics which reduces the risk of enteric disease, increases the length and health of villi in the intestine (essential for nutrient absorption) and survives the passage through the gut reducing the risk of horizontal Salmonella transmission through the gut.

VORTEX

Industrial laundry detergent for use in all washing machines including top loaders for washing overalls and garments in the food process industry. Vortex contains water conditioners, soil suspension agents, optical brighteners and optimum alkalinity builders for effective cleaning. It is equally effective in both hard and soft water and rinses easily.
