Sensor based, intelligent, antimicrobial moisture management system. The system is fully automated and moisture addition varies between each batch to reach target set points. The system offers full flexibility in terms of moisture and chemical addition which can be set per recipe. Full traceability is also offered through dedicated flowmeters for water and chemicals respectively and all data is captured on reports. The system and addition is managed by Bitek’s proprietary algorithm and TDR sensor technology.
