The system offers full flexibility in terms of moisture and chemical addition which can be set per recipe. Full traceability is also offered through dedicated flowmeters for water and chemicals respectively and all data is captured on reports. The system and addition is managed by Bitek’s proprietary algorithm and TDR sensor technology.
NOZZLES
Distribution and coverage of a liquid additive is vital to its effectiveness. Bitek supplies and specifies the correct nozzles for the application including stainless steel vee jet nozzles, hollow cone nozzles and stainless steel air atomising nozzles for low flow applications.
