MASOCARE 1:4
A concentrated iodophor based teat dip and spray which has been specially formulated to help reduce the bacterial contamination that causes mastitis in dairy herds. It reduces the risk of infection by leaving an antiseptic film of iodine adhering to teats. Masocare 1:4 contains 45% Glycerol and Sorbitol which gives an optimum 9% Glycerol and Sorbitol when diluted to make an economical high emollient ready-to-use product. The California Mastitis Test is a diagnostic tool to assist in the quick diagnosis of mastitis as part of an udder health management program. It is performed to detect subclinical as well as clinical signs of mastitis. MIT solution measures the presence of somatic cells in milk. Mastitic milk tends to gel. MULTI-ACID
A blended acid, non-foaming liquid for removing scale from food processing and dairy pipelines, crate washers, bulk storage tanks, bulk mixing tanks, boiling and cooking vessels. A non-foaming peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid based liquid terminal disinfectant, effective against a wide range of bacterial, viral and fungal pathogens. Peradox is fast acting, economical in use and is effectively used for descaling, removing biofilm and sanitising drinking water systems, dairies, milk processing plants and food process closed plant systems. The product is environmentally friendly and non-tainting.
PRE-DIP
An iodophor-based solution used to prepare cows teats before milking. It is fast acting, only needing to be left on the teats for 15 seconds, and has strong bactericidal properties. Pre-dip kills major mastitis causing bacteria picked up from the environment. It cleans and disinfects the teats and udder prior to milking and helps to control the total bacteria count in the milk tank. It is a ready to use formulation and may be dipped or sprayed.
PV-PRO
A sprayable barrier film providing protection against environmental contamination by forming a protective film on the skin, which remains for up to 12 hours or until it is required to be removed. PV-Pro has been formulated using highly effective PVP iodine technology, as is used in hospitals. It is ready-to-use saving time and gives a consistent product. It gives excellent skin protection due to its high emollient content and long lasting barrier protection.
